Careers

Sweyam is an independent software company in India. The team stays small while the current products ship. There are no openings to apply for right now.

If you still want to write

A short note is welcome from someone who has worked on local-first sync, self-hosted software, Go, TypeScript, or a design system. Tell us what you have shipped. We read it. We do not keep a standing queue of applications.

How the work goes

  • Small on purpose

We write the thing down, then build it. Status meetings are not how the work moves.

  • Open where it helps

Spatika UI is on npm. Code that other people will read gets written that way.

  • Software you can keep

Self-hostable where it should be, and in daily use by the people who made it.
